Crew Store - Pejaten Raya

• Manage receiving, storage, handling and dispacth of goods using FIFO/FEFO to reduce waste and expired items
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, including cleanliness, pest control, temperature monitoring and material segregation
• Oversee stock accuracy through regular stock opname, cycle counts and system reconciliation (ERP/WMS/DMS)
• Optimize warehouse layout and capacity (Ambient, chiller, freezer) for efficient storage and flow
• Coordinate safety stock planning with procurement and production to prevent stock out or overstock
• Supervise picking, packing and delivery to ensure accuracy, quality and on-time distribution
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, including task assignment, training, discipline and performance reviews

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
• 5+ years of warehousing/logistics experience, including 2+ years in a Manager role
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems (receiving, storage, inventory, distributions)
• Proficient in computer and warehouse applications (Excel, ERP/WMS preferred)
• Strong leadership, Planning, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, desciplines and able to work with targets in a dynamic environment
